So anyway, today I'll break down my thoughts on movie theaters, the theater-going experience, and what may be in store for the future of cinema. Intriguing! Entertaining! Fastidious! These are all words that could describe what lies behind that "Read More" button!
Yes, after two solid weeks of movie reviews & a bunch of lists before that, I've decided to take a break for EFR's first editorial. That Accountant Review really took it out of me, guys... But never fear. I'll be back with another review next week. No spoilers, but it could be a look back at a recent action film starring the lead guitarist for the acclaimed Wyld Stallyns...

Welcome back, everybody! Today we're looking at The Accountant. No, not my dad. The 2016 film, which I believe to be an underappreciated gem. So, without further ado...don't delay! Review today! *Warning: this is the first film I've ever taken notes on for my review, so the review gets a little lengthy. You've been warned!

Welcome back to EFR, the Internet's home of unnecessary reviews! Today, for my first full length review, we're looking at Sing Street. Let's do it!
We’re here, everybody! 2017 is upon us. And holy crap, there are some good-looking films on the docket this year. Marvel, Star Wars, and yes, even DC all have major releases this year, in addition to several other franchises. Today I’ll break down my personal 10 most anticipated films of 2017, maybe with an honorable mention or two. So let’s get to it!
If you’ve already read my “TOP 10 FILMS OF 2016,” you probably noticed some absentees. That’s because my favorite genre of film is action, and most of the movies I see include at least one gunshot. However, I’ve compiled a list of the 2016 films that I didn’t see this past year, but that I’ve heard nothing but good things about. So now let’s do that thing that I said we were gonna do...here…(cue awkward transition!)
All right, we have to do this. 2016 had some absolutely rotten films. I don’t want to beat around the metaphorical bush here, so we’re just going to get right into it. A side-note before we begin, though: this list will be only 5 movies & not 10 because while there were definitely enough to justify a complete 10, I try not to see too many bad movies. And as always, these are not necessarily the worst films of 2016, just the ones I enjoyed the least. So buckle up and put an old shirt on, because this will get messy.
Yes, we’re here! The end of 2016. What a year it has been! But in addition to the Cubs winning the Series, the election (ugh), & the bottle flipping, we actually had some decent films released. Sure, some are sure to say that 2016 was a real let-down of a year, & admittedly there were quite a few stinkers (looking at you, BvS). But overall, it was a passable year. Today we’re here to count down my personal 10 favorite movies of 2016, maybe with an honorable mention or two at the end. These aren't necessarily the best films of 2016, but they're the ones I enjoyed the most. Lastly, I didn’t see a lot this year, and that’ll be apparent from my list. But nevertheless, here we go!
Hello World! Welcome to EFR, or Everyman Film Reviews. I'm Logan W., or "L-Train" as I have been nicknamed. EFR is devoted to providing humorous, insightful, HIGH-OCTANE reviews of the most popular releases. About one post will be published a week, most likely towards the back end of the week. For more info on EFR, visit the About page. Now, I could kick it all off with a pithy statement, but I think I'll let the Joker (portrayed by Heath Ledger - RIP) do it for me:
